Preface
“As a property advocate and advisor, I am frequently asked what areas I specialise in. Unlike agents who tend to specialise in an area, region or property type, my work is referral based.
For example, I might be acting for expats living abroad, handling Deceased Estates, the next generation, financial planners and lawyers. So, it is the diversity of people or clients I am referred to that determine what I buy and sell not the other way around.
